In depth: Life and Soul

Life & Soul is a small local charity working in the Tunbridge Wells area. Our vision is to see children and young people come to know Jesus in a personal relationship. We long to see Jesus move amongst some of the most needy and vulnerable young people in our communities and have seen amazing things happen already in the eight years or so we have been running.
We are privileged to have some amazing employees on the team - many of whom you'll know from St. Matt's - Katie Payne, Karen Hickson-Smith, Sam Cragg, Mike King and Nick Cheesman.
One of our current focus areas is the Women's hostel where Life & Soul run a group called PINK. Karen has felt God calling her to set up PINK & Co - a scheme where the girls leaving the hostel get linked to a family who can support and love them as many do not have families who are able to do this.
We also love doing assemblies and have a great team who go into most of the primary schools in the area on a regular basis, spreading the good news to children that God loves them, presented in creative and innovative ways.
Mike is our secondary schools worker - please pray that schools are open to him running assemblies, R.E. and PSHE lessons.
